Program Overview:

Halton Black Voices: Equity Learning Space presents the “Look Like Me, Read Like Me” Summer Literacy Program in partnership with Mia’s World! This is an exciting and enriching opportunity for Black children to dive into the world of reading and writing. This six-week, half-day program is designed to inspire and encourage children to develop a love for literacy through engaging activities, diverse topics, and interactive sessions with special guests and yummy snacks!

Enjoy a beautifully lit winter trail, while under the moonlight, next to a bonfire. This is a free event for Black families and friends to celebrate Black joy over the month of February.
